Three phone calls to the Service Team who were too busty to answer. So I have sent two emails over a 7 day period (with read receipts) too trying to arrange for some recall work again with no response. I will have to take my vehicle to Carlisle in the hope that I can obtain a response from them. We shall see.

Completely changed my opinion of Arnold Clark Kendal, when we bought our cars the service was good but after you have signed on the dotted line they don't seem interested. I broke down two days after buying my car and was told to get myself back to their Kendal garage I was 25 miles away and couldn't get my car into gear as there was a fault. The AA came and offered a negative opinion of Arnold Clark After Care. I was promised a second key for my car still waiting SIX weeks later I am still waiting I have rang and no one gets back to you. My car will now be going to it's manufactures garage in future. It's a shame as it started so well.

Having taken my jag into Arnold Clark today for 2 scuffs to the drivers door paintwork I was fully expecting to be ripped off. Woman driver posh car etc!! I couldn't have been more wrong.o was treated with kindness courtesy and respect. The receptionist offered coffee whilst the engineer took the car onto the workshop and returned it some 15 mins later. It's polished out he said...come and look will that Do?? No marks left to be seen perfection.What do I owe you ??? Nothing!!! What??? Nothing it's a pleasure. Oh what a fantastic experience I felt like hugging him restored my faith in humanity and I will certainly use them again for all my servicing needs.tjank you so much.

Had MOT and service done, car came back missing manufacturers wallet with car Manuel and service history books. Rung 4 times, told someone will get back to me, never do. Had trouble before when we had 2 x corsa's that broke down, parents also had trouble after buying their car from There too! Not finished yet but I won't be going back!

Very happy just got my 2nd car in 6 months from Arnold Clark Kendal. I was very well looked after by Ian he was the reason I went back a second time,your made welcome and looked after nothing was any trouble well happy with both cars and will be back.
