The staff were fantastic, Malcolm in particular went above and beyond.nnThe tool chest units are solid, especially for the discounted price, well packaged and in perfect condition. Used to use these in the workshop on a daily basis as a secondary storage set for lighter items and never gave any issues.
The staff at the Kendal Store were true to their usual friendly form. A smile when you enter; apology for making you wait ... a rare occurrence, nevertheless appreciated and a desire to ensure you leave satisfied. Unlike the upsetting experience I had in the Chichester earlier this month!
Lovely brunette lady helped me replace my light bulbs and gain a better understanding of what was going on with ongoing issues. Would highly recommend, lovely staff, and work above and beyond. Gutted, I didn't ask her name, but please do pass on and hope she gets recognised for her good work.
I've just bought a Carrera Vengeance mountain bike from the Kendal branch of Halfords and the customer service provided by Simon was outstanding. He has excellent product knowledge, gave me tailored advice and recommendations after listening carefully to my needs and experience and equally importantly, the bike was ready for collection this morning as promised. The handover was exemplary with a full explanation of the set-up and maintenance regime for the bike. Simon's friendly manner and professionalism as well as his experience as a mountain biker make him the perfect customer service team member for Halfords bike department. He even lifted it into the back of the Land Rover for me with great expertise! Thanks again Simon, you're a star and the mountain bike that you recommended is perfect for me here in the Lake District.
Staff were lovely to deal with. Especially Sam I think was a supervisor/ manager he helped me navigate ordering three bikes. The website isn’t easy to use at times. He also went out of his way when we collected the bikes to help get them onto a bike carrier we handn’t bought from Halfords. Without his knowledge and skill we would have given up! It was lovely to deal with someone that cared about us as customers and was polite, good with three excited kids and did a thorough job. Thank you Sam!
