Visited this dealer with the family over the Easter Weekend to look at/test drive Swifts we had seen online on their site. On entering the showroom and asking the salesperson if the one of interest was on the forecourt I was met with an abrupt 'no, we don't have it in yet'. 'Are the more recent ones out there similar spec' I enquired? 'No, theyre completely different' was the abrupt reply followed by virtually ushering us out of their showroom. At best poor sales/customer service technique, at worst downright rude and unwelcoming. I took my family over the road to Arnold Clark who couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming and bought a nearly new car from them. Avoid Cumbria Suzuki.

Very helpful staff. Got a driving experience there in new celerio. No push , exactly what I would like from a dealers.

Super staff and great that a big company like this treat small traders fairly paid instantly and very easy to deal with very unusual for a main dealer.

We have been using Cumbria Suzuki for several years and have always been delighted with the quality of their work and the personal service, especially from Graham the service manager. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience and uses it to the benefit of his customers. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
