My sincere and heartfelt thanks to Julie in the lingerie department for her expert guidance, advice & bra fitting all done with great expertise, humour, tact & diplomacy.  After decades of probably ill fitting bras I met the ‘bra guru’ & what a difference this has made to me. Julie far surpassed a bra fitting experience I had a couple of months ago at the John Lewis flagship store on Oxford st. She could teach them a hell of a lot.  She took the time to get it right for me & to explain things I never knew about the differences in bra types & make. I came away thinking how did I not know that after decades of wearing them

Great service today in purchasing a mattress, we arrived late and rang ahead and they were happy to stay past closing for us. Very nice people.
