Beautiful shop, nice section of foods, big home ware & clothing section - always great value for children's clothes. The cafe does a beautiful carvery dinner, very reasonably priced too. Its definitely a competitor to leading hotels for a carvery, was a nice surprise one day!
Seriously this store deserves no stars, the management as in "Steven" is downright ignorant and rude! Does not take complaints seriously at all. Some of his staff are like him, rude and obnoxious. Not all mind you as there is some of the team that are quite nice especially in the cafe. But omg Steven should send himself and the rest of his staff on a course to better himself on customer service and how to treat his customers. I got accused of damaging a top that I brought back in after I found a hole near the hem of it. On further inspection it was the way it was stitched. Not one apology from this man instead he just walked off as if nothing happened or the accusations I received from him and his member of staff! Totally baffled. As a manager how can he get away with been this rude!
Great shop, almost no queues, good service. But watch out the car parking. The gates get closed after the shop is closed and there is no way out, no phone to call. We got stuck around 8pm. We had to call the police! They were very nice and kind and released us otherwise we could have had to sleep in the car all night as there was no chance we would have left the car unsupervised there.
Breakfast problems…The only Dunnes I know where every morning they run out of mushrooms by 10 a.m and won’t cook more even though breakfast runs until 11:30. Despite this there is usually so many sausages continuously coming out that the staff have to take them home in the evening rather than throw them away… Also an extra piece of butter is charged at 30p by one miserly attendant despite the supervisor never charging for it and also despite the fact that there is no price on the till for butter and it is therefore charged as a shot of coffee syrup. Small things that ruin an otherwise great breakfast.
This store has the best staff in town, they're like family. Dunnes is part of Enniskillen life!

Great shopping spot in Enniskillen. This Dunne's Stores is as big and almost as well stocked as Cornelcourt for people travelling North..... From Dublin, etc. Nice friendly helpful staff. Great Manager with Stephen and team. Well done all.
Lovely shopping centre. All in one place. prices relatively low towards quality of product. Be back soon
Super shop, little busy in clothes dept as one member of staff on the tills so quite a queue. Food dept, great for supplies, but again quite busy on the tills.
Love Dynnes stores purchased a autumn wreath for my daughter from the Enniskillen store and ordered 2 more to be delivered to England really good range of home ware
