New trollys now have coin slots!!! at Enniskillen superstore.nIs spending money in this store not unpleasant enough already?nMany items out of stock, when I’m lucky enough to find what I want on shelves I’m forced to self scan or queue for so long my fresh items pass sell by date.nSo I work unpaid to scan and bag my own items, struggle to scan the data farming club card or pay extortionate prices. Now in the 21st century you expect me to carry coins for the privilege of giving you money… ENOUGH…Asda is just a few steps away - I’m voting on your latest restriction with my feet.

Large Tesco supermarket has all you could need for food, drink, clothes, household, electrical, mobile phone and pets. This Tesco has a good gluten free range and promotes local items like Northern Irish milk. It has toilets and a large free car park.

I and my boyfriend are spending the weekend in Fermanagh. We drove from Belfast. We went to buy some groceries for the weekend at this Tesco as we forgot the clubcard in the apartment, so we used a picture of it I took long ago. We never had any problem showing it at the cashier other times, except today. The cashier lady refused to accept a picture of it, when you can scan it yourself in the self-service no problem.nWe complained and she just ignored us. We were in a position in which we could not go back as we had people behind us. And we did not want to argue, but we happily would have taken our groceries elsewhere.nVery disappointed.

I used the Tesco food delivery for the first time last Saturday 21 October 2023 and I am very impressed.  Very easy to complete my order on line and goods were delivered promptly on the time I requested.  Gentleman who delivered goods was friendly and helpful and I can highly recommend Tesco Deliveries and will be using this service from now on.  Thank you Tesco, Joan

I'm sure it's a nice store with nice folk, but I'm in the middle of nowhere so have to rely on delivery orders, for the bulk items I can't get locally, unfortunately.nAnd this store ignores the order instructions of clearly shown No Substitutions when picking. Second time in a row, second complaint lodged.nIt wastes everyone's time, from me ordering what I want to purchase, to the staff who are picking what they feel like, to the driver delivering just to have to take back and create further work with refunds - to the point that I just kept the unwanted and unasked for items this time as I've just given up, to be honest.nThe poor delivery guy is so nice and so apologetic and it's not fair on him either being put in that position with customers, it's 100% not his fault.nPlease just read the orders carefully and listen to what your customers are asking, we're adults and fully capable of choosing our own groceries and ticking a box to state otherwise if wanted.
