Avoid this store, it's a customer's worst nightmare, the person who works there as a manager named Jennifer is a scandal, she should be banned from practicing her profession for life. I expect full professionalism, understanding and willingness to help from the store manager, but I got aggressive from herconversation with an instructive tone, absolutely disrespectful attitude towards me, which made my 10-year-old child cry, SCANDAL!!!!I bought a soccer ball, during the first game it broke at the seam, which had never happened with any other ball before. When I came to the store in Enniskilen, its manager, in the presence of my son, gave her humiliating monologue to my family, according to her the ball bears tracesuse, it was bounced off the wall, i.e. not used properly for the game, and then she told me that I should buy insurance.this is some kind of joke, what qualifications do you have Jennifer to assess the damage on the ball, are you a materials expert? Maybe you are a specialist in playing footballYou are definitely not the right person for this position, I won't let you make anyone cry again. Absolutely no tolerance for such behavior!!
Staff are efficient, polite and helpful. I needed to exchange an item for someone; I handed over the item with the receipt and was given a ticket to take to the collection point. Less than a minute later I was leaving the shop.
Very efficient. Friendly staff. You can walk around the back of the store to either of two car parks. The multistorey - park on ground floor or over a short footbridge to the car park off the main road.
My experience in argos enniskillen was great gail D, was on the till and she was very helpful and polite. David was a gentleman when he gave my son his new tablet, which he was eagerly awaiting since we ordered it in store last Thursday. The staff last Thursday were also very helpful in locating the items I wanted. Overall my experience was delightful and I would gladly shop in Argos Enniskillen again.
