Cafe review: Great staff but understaffed. Hard to translate offers on display boards into what's physically in front of you. Unwelcoming counter with high physical barriers. Soggy, luke warm toasted sandwich with very old looking salad - the grated beetroot was grey! The drinks station is confusing for older generations. Good coffee. Much improvement work needed here Compass. Can Asda take this back over please and fix it using existing front of house staff?

Just left asda very disappointed. After spending a long time picking out clothes and finding the right sizes and without any marks on them we went to the till I had the clothes in my hand so they wounded get dirty from the conveyer belt the ignorant till member took  them scan them and pushed them down the other side. When I lifted the item up it had a dirty black mark down it. She didn't apologies she just looked at me like I was stupid. Needless to say I refused to take the item and it was the last one left in the size I needed. She then chipped a picture frame I was buying, I'm so pissed off 2 items I spent time on carefully picking and checking she destroyed at the till. I understand that it's environmentally friendly not to give bags but if you are selling clothes I believe you should still provide paper bags for them, if you did I would be a happier customer leaving with most of the items I wanted to buy. Ignorant young staff with no manners. I will not be back in a hurry.

Had an underwhelming chicken tika masala meal. Was warm not hot and the chicken was pink in places. If I hadn't been so hungry I would have made a fuss about it.

Pretty much Tesco's with okay breakfast and a filling station. The pizzas are good but gaming is poor and no albums.

Asked staff for Puffed Wheat. Even the cereal isle shelf stackers said they had never heard of it yet your website says you stock it? Poor
