AVOID! You get what you pay for. Had eye test & paid for 2 pairs glasses 20/03/24. As at 07/06/24 still haven't received correct glasses. Took over 4 weeks to get the 1st pairs, which turned out to be incorrect. Had to go back & get glasses checked & eyes re-tested. Another 4 weeks later & 1 pair were allegedly ok & these were supposed to have been posted to me, but never received. Other pair had to be sent back to the lab for a 2nd time. At this stage I demanded a refund. Will revert back to local optician, which more expensive, but at least I'll get what I pay for & in 7-10 days. Again......avoid like the plague!
Dreadful supervisor, more interested in tight clothes and his arm load of skanky tats than running a supermarket well. Couldn't get a spill cleaned up quickly, didn't open a new isle when there's queues a mile long, couldn't handle a customer setting their expectation without taking a strop, feigning offence and walking off without doing his job. Nice job Asda.
Big store. Good selection. Plenty of disabled parking spaces but very few close to doors for anyone with mobility issues. Inside aisles are good and wide so long as you're in during the day. Late night many of the aisles are narrow because of pallets as they restock. Unreliable disabled toilet access. One downstairs but it's frequently a locked door. No sign on door and while there is a lift to second floor toilets which is clearly sign posted there is no disabled cubicle.
Shelves not stocked! EVER!nSame in every asda, every time you go in.nAnd especially the gluten free stock.nSoo frustrating. Is anybody bothered to work anymore?! Think this will be our last time in!
What is happening to this store. Shelves empty and what is on display is very untidy. Fruit and veg didn't look very appealing. The whole store seems to be deteriorating. Sad
