We are really delighted with the work that was carried out at our property by Keepout Ltd. We had a downstairs window replaced and Paul and his team did an excellent job. They were professional, impressively speedy and thorough. They also cleaned up afterwards which was very much appreciated. Furthermore, we are really happy with the customer service that we received. All communication has been clear and straightforward with no push sales. Happy to recommend
Attractively priced quality windows installed professionally by competent installers. However the administration here will turn your hair grey prematurely. I had to keep pushing them multiple times to 1 give me an initial quote 2 revise quote 3 send the surveyor round at the correct time 4 invoice me for deposit 5 give me an installation date 6 actually install the goods after two installation dates missed.7 It turned out the surveyor had incorrectly described this as a new build so they had to go back the next day with the right tools to complete the job 8 had to chase them to invoice me for the balance. They *never* pick up the phones unless you ask for sales in the menu and then only occasionally, they don't respond to emails, when I asked for the invoice they clicked the email button on QuickBooks and sent it to my wife you can print a PDF and attach it to an email reply to me, lads! They clearly were not hungry for my business. I really would rather pay a little extra and save a world of grief, and so I cannot recommend. They are not cowboys: they are clowns. EDIT: an irate boss called today having taken care to ensure that the keys to the window were finally delivered mere weeks after the installation the night before, to sorry-not-sorry. There ensued a wide ranging conversation which moved rapidly from the assertion that most of the above review was not factually accurate, to some of the above was not factually accurate, to he will not discuss how much was accurate, to challenging the factual accuracy of one specific assertion. It was pointed out to me that the initial quote arrived 4 days, including 2 weekend days, after the surveyor visited. The time elapsed to secure attendance of said surveyor was more difficult to establish. We also covered his belief that this review will not affect his business because most of his customers are property developers, his denial that this meant he was contemptuous towards private householder customers, his opinions on the demerits of NW London Jewish customers compared to those of Stamford Hill mainly that the former are prone to write Google reviews; also a lack of understanding about staff holidays which affected July but also August and September and my own profound failures as a Google reviewer.
Highly recommend this company, love how the service of having a surveyor come to our house was free. The surveyor was on time and really gave me advice on the difference between Aluminum and Pvc windows/doors. Keepout windows really took care of my house and did an outstanding job. The fitters were responsible and got the job done when needed. Management is great as they had answered all my questions as it was my first time doing up my house. Highly recommend this company, you won't regret it.
1: 5th Feb order was taken via third Party 3: 21st June was the fitting appointment which no one turned up to, I had to call to find out why no one came and reason given was traffic due tube strikes which most organisations in London knew prior to events 4: a reschedule on 27th June also was unsuccessful after I called again to find out what going on. To be told me we can’t make driver to come and fit it as he’s on another job and won’t come today. No apologies what so ever, that is what frustrates me more, no customer service, I felt like I was somewhat to blame after taking 2 days off work and organise childcare. 5:28th June 07:20 fitter arrives. Done a good job. Was quick. However overall control of the situation was very poor, communication poor. many competitors elsewhere with better customer service. Learned for next time
Top service - right from the very first phone call - very polite office staff, professional surveyor explaining the process to me in a detailed manor through to the fitters ensuring all mess is kept to a minimum as well as clearing up behind themselves. The aftercare is exceptional - overall HIGHLY recommend.
WARNING: AVOID KEEPOUT WINDOWS! I hired Keepout Windows to supply and fit french doors in my house. I paid 80% of the price in advance which is almost £2000. At the moment they hold my money but I am struggling to get them to the install the french doors. Once they have your monies good luck in trying to get them to do the work. I may have to sue them. Save yourself a trouble and AVOID KEEPOUT WINDOWS!
Keepout Windows goes far and beyond the word professional. They will do anything and everything to make sure their customers are satisfied and for that reason I will always be using their service. I think they are more than a 5-star company. Well done and keep growing.
Ordered a door several months ago. Paid 50% deposit. Still no date for installation despite being told it would be ready in July. No one answering numerous phone calls or responding to messages. Will be reporting to the Financial Ombudsman.

Was very impressed with Keepout. They have been a pleasure to deal with and we've gotten so many compliments on our new windows. Would definitely reccomend!
