Excellent flooring company. They were helpful at the quoting stage when we were discussing options, and came in as the lowest quote from three. Their work was very good - they came on time and did a beautiful job. There was a lot of large furniture to move, in quite a complicated space and Abbott's did that too, putting it all back at the end. Our flat is transformed and I'm delighted. Very happy to recommend them.
I have had the pleasure of working with Ben and Josh from Abbott's for the past 15 years on numerous projects throughout London. Their service and engagement have consistently been top-notch. Great service and quality, especially when we were under time pressure to delivery in a tiny timeframe.
We have just taken delivery and installation of a beautiful pair of curtains and will order more from them for other rooms, in time. The service was both personable and professional and they arrived sooner than we'd expected. Great selection of fabrics to choose from and when our initial selection was over budget they helped us find a cheaper match - which we loved better!
A most pleasant experience to go into a shop to see the different types of blinds & dealt with a pleasant helpful person. Measurement of windows was swiftly done. Installation was earlier than expected. Expertly installed. Love the blinds.. quality in material & appearance !! Will return to shop for the window seats cushions soon.
What a gem! New to London I didn’t know where to start looking for a company that would measure, make and fit blinds and curtains in a fabric of my choice - once I found Abbots I was delighted! Professional, friendly and helpful. I have had blinds, curtains, carpets and headboards from them for the whole apartment and am absolutely delighted with the end result. I would highly recommend them - so lovely to find a family company, who care in the big city!!
Brilliant service - recommended by a family member - the team were really helpful especially for the measurement, gave good advice and the installers were tidy, friendly and did a great job. We’re so pleased with the Roger Oates runner. Worth noting that as a new customer I needed to give a deposit for the measurement redeemable against purchase and to pay for the invoice in full prior to installation. Thanks team!
I was very happy with the whole experience: from the showroom visit it's big! and finding out options, to having decided on the flooring type and style and the Abbott's team working to make a timeline that worked for me, to the measuring being done, to the floor being fitted really efficiently and well. Great quality. The floor is beautiful, very happy with how it has turned out. A huge thank you to Abbott's! Communication with Abbott's was great, and whole process and experience very personable and positive.
Abbott’s Interiors gave us a highly professional service from start to finish. We wanted two large bespoke roller blinds to cover glass doors, which take up an entire wall. They were manufactured and installed perfectly in the time frame given. We also wanted a blind for a sash window, which is situated high up above a stairwell. Abbott’s Interiors worked out the best solution for an unusual and difficult requirement. It would not have been possible to have the blinds we needed in our house had we used an on-line only service. I’m very glad we found such a reliable and professional company to carry out the work.
This is the second time I have used Abbott's to kit the house with Luxaflex blinds. The service is second to none. Even when the first batch of blinds didn't really looked the way we wanted, they mediated with the blind manufacturer and sorted out replacements at no extra cost. No quips, just great service. I'd highly recommend them!
Abbott’s is a very friendly, helpful company with an excellent showroom. Tommy answered all my questions and couldn’t have been more helpful. I borrowed 2 large floor samples which gave me a much better idea of the colour and grain of the laminate than the small sample sent by the flooring company. The pricing was clear and although somewhat more expensive than other companies, it was well worth it. I felt confident they would do a professional job - which they did. Graham came to measure and Matt laid the flooring. Both were very pleasant and professional. Matt sorted out the original thresholds to fit. I am happy with my floor and would definitely recommend them. They also have parking at the back of the store.
