My brother and I have both independently had a great experience with Wembley windows. The fitters were highly skilled and very efficient. It only took them a day and a half to replace all the windows in a maisonette. Finish is excellent and they didn’t leave any mess at all. Have had many compliments on my new windows. Very reasonable price especially considering the current economic climate. Both my brother and I highly recommend.
Wembley Windows has given the best rate and service among many window companies I've encountered. Peter has come patiently twice just to get me a quote and provide me design of the windows and explain in detail what material I would need. I would definitely recommend this company when others need to do work for their windows or doors etc.
This is the second time in a year I have used Wembley windows. Professional from start to finish. The come when they say they are coming. Very clean and tidy. Job done to a high standard. Thanks very much.

UPDATED 19/9/23 hate to add a bad review but Wembly windows have disappointed me the fitted my porch and the door had a 10y guarantee after 5 yrs the paint has faded I have spent 3 months chasing this up and heard nothing Jason and Mark were supposed to call me but nothing has been done as u can see from the photo my door looks awful it’s embarrassing and the door was £1700 5 yrs ago!! So it wasn’t cheap the whole porch was £5,500!! When the work was done the builders used my driveway as a loo yes the just decided to have a wee against the wall in the shared drive!! 5yrs ago this was UPDATE! We are finally getting a new door MARK sorted this out for me. He had the wrong number and was trying to contact me! Hoping for installation to go well thank you
Mixed experience. We had WW install double glazed windows in our rental flat in a mansion block. During the 'sell' phase they were very responsive, quick to provide a quote, etc. However, after we made the initial deposit, communication was very limited. The entire process was rather lengthy as we needed planning approval and the approval of the leaseholder. During that time, I frequently had to chase WW for information and the response to each request was abrupt and rather gruff as though I was inconveniencing them. When it finally came time to install the windows there were some odd errors e.g. grey glazing bars where there should have been white ones and a casement window that opened on the left when it should have opened on the right. These items were all rectified and in the end the quality of the installation was good. However, the final straw came when the property manager sent me an invoice for £95 to cover the cost of cleaning up the mess WW had left in the driveway below our flat, despite having been asked repeatedly to clean it up. When I asked WW to pay the invoice, they simply refused. It is a real shame. The quality of the installation was good, but the customer service fell well short of expectation. Thus I would not recommend them for future work.
Always punctual, Nick the fitter was brilliant & office staff always helpful & professional.
Just used Wembley Windows to replace two large double glazed panes into existing frames one with a cat flap, and an additional new double glazed window. Mark in the office was great as was Pavel onsite. Competitive price, fast delivery and quality installation. Would recommend them.
Wembley Windows have provided a fantastic service from start to finish. We have used their services several times and they never disappoint. They quoted quickly and gave great advice too as was unsure which style to go for, and followed up well. Their installer was tidy, clean, very precise and did a great job. Our windows are perfect. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again.
