I was lucky enough to have Louis work for me this summer, first on guttering replacement, then chimney removal, skylight replacement and some additional roof repairs. There were a few things that caught my attention and gave me confidence in his services: - first, for the gutter replacement, he gave me a fully itemised quote down to the individual parts which was completely reasonable - second, when I asked him about some further work roof leaking in two rooms and sought his opinion, he suggested the cause was likely the aging chimneys, and removing them and tiling over would be the best bet. He pointed to a house across the street as an example. This was really interesting as a the fireplaces are already blocked off and b no other roofer had suggested this and c the quote to remove the chimneys was far less than some of the other roofers had quoted simply to repair the chimney flashing etc! This work then led to something I had been considering for a long time which was to replace my skylight; it seemed wise to get it all done at the same time. All the work was completed on time, on cost, to a high standard, with all my questions answered along the way, and with great communication throughout. And the cherry on the cake is that Louis is a lovely chap too. It was a pleasure dealing with him. All in all, I highly recommend LF Roofing Services and suggest you book in whatever work you need done, before they are booked-up and you can't get them!
The recent winds dislodged a few roof tiles and I found the excellent reviews for LF Roofing Services so I decided to try them. Louis was not only super helpful and a real pleasure to deal with but he also did a great job and gave me a very honest quote, unlike two other companies I had contacted. He also found a fault in my gutter, which he fixed. I couldn't recommend him enough. So glad there are still professionals of this quality and very lucky to have stumbled across him.
I highly recommend Louis - he was super professional and trustworthy. He did a great job removing and replacing my gutters and fixing my roof. He also gave some great advice and guidance to safeguard my roof to prevent future damage. Will certainly use him again.
We recently used LF roofing services on a project in Streatham and the installation and service Louie provided was fantastic. We had various tiles that required replacing and we also had a new lead flashing installed. Louie communicated clearly and was very responsive. Louis Francois of L. F. Roofing Services recently undertook a number of maintenance tasks on the roof of my property to a high standard of workmanship. Louis addressed all the roofing issues including a number that had not been anticipated His invoice for the work was very reasonable and lower than the initial estimate despite the additional tasks required. During this last lockdown there were storms and the rain started to come in through my bedroom ceiling. Searched the internet found LF Roofing Services. Louis came and looked at the problem, gave me a quote, that I accepted, and he did the work. I can't fault him or any of his team. He was on time, polite and efficient, as they all were. Louis did a good job identifying the problem and fixing a leaking roof about 3 years ago, so I asked him to take a look at another roofing problem and guttering/downpipe replacement. I hired Louis to fix a long standing damp problem with my roof that many roofers before him had failed to solve. His work was outstanding in every way; honest assessment of what needed doing, a fair quote, excellent workmanship, great guy to deal with and most importantly the damp is gone.
