They fitted my new windows with the utmost care to the property and repaired any damage caused by taking out the old windows. Those that say you do not get damage are so wrong, it comes with the territory 2 companies told me there would be no damage at all apart from new windows. They took all the rubbish away with them and tidied up all mess that was made to the interior and exterior of the property. I look at them now and I think that was well made investment.
I am always the first to make a complaint whenever I receive bad service or a faulty product so I do try, when it's well deserved, to spend the same amount of time offering a compliment. And that is exactly what I am doing here for Window Glazing London. The service I received right from the outset was exactly what I was looking for. I was very pleasantly surprised that the salesman was not at all stereotypical unlike the other companies I spoke to when I was looking to get my windows changed but was really helpful and not pushy at all; the workmen were polite, efficient, tidy and timely; and the after care service was similarly effective; I'm delighted with the product; and - to boot - the cost was exactly what I was looking for. I have recommended them to my friends and family and I'll do the same to anyone on this site!
Had to get few windows changed at my place, since my kids decided that they will play with a ball inside. The repair team was right on time on the spot, took them about an hour to get the job done, surprisingly. They did a fast and quality repair and I'm satisfied.
They came to look at my windows and front door and gave me very good price for fitting 2 new windows and fixing a small issue with the front door. Next day I was with new windows and 100% working front door.
I am extremely pleased with the work carried out by Window Glazing London. The team were outstanding at all times, from our very first telephone call, to meeting the salesman, the surveyor and then the fitters.
I believe these guys work to a very high standard. I have been using similar professional services before and you can definitely tell the difference I can assure. One point is the professional chemicals they use, another thing is the pace and the method they perform the service.
The came to my house within a half an hour of after calling them. They looked at my damaged window mechanism and gave me very good price to fix it.
We had a problem with 2 windows and front door. They came to look what were damages and on next day they replaced my windows and fixed the front door.
