Lunchtime special fish and chips, mushy peas, bread and butter, pot of tea AND ice cream £5.95. Smaller sized potion which was perfect.  Very friendly smiling staff. Lovely 😊

Perfect. I live in blackpool.and nobody there does fish and chips like Katie's. Not expensive at all. Fish was mouth watering. Just perfect.

An excellent fish and chip shop in the centre of Barnard Castle.  Both take away and eat in (also pavement seating if you visit with a dog).  Staff are very friendly and the food is excellent.  Can HIGHLY recommend. ( used to be called Fryer Tucks but under new management)

Best fish & chips me and wife have had in many years after Morleys closed down in Bishop Auckland where we live, batter was light and tasted amazing, chips were v tasty, curry sauce and tartare sauce was also amazing, staff v friendly, and it was v tidy, we will be visiting all the way from home twice a month at least. Well done , keep it up.
