Excellent staff who managed the whole process of moving and renting less stressful. A special thanks to Hannah and Matt for dealing with all the viewings and to Jo for dealing with the issues that arose. Brilliant service

Like most Estate/Letting Agents there is little customer care and a huge amount of profiteering.
They charged me to have the whole house professionally cleaned(carpets), because I had a dog!!
There was only one carpet downstairs, the dog always stayed downstairs and only walked through this carpeted room!!!
The other floors downstairs were laminate/Lino.
This is totally outrageous and unfair, as I had re decorated throughout at my own expense, left bathroom accessories and kept the property in perfect condition.
