Grosvenor properties (UK) Ltd are a local independent family run company with over 20 years experience, we are also a vibrant and energetic company, that provides a service that incorporates this experience but we have the energy and fore sight to be an agent that adapts their service to a for ever changing market. We bring the qualities and experience of a traditional agent but the flexibility and value for money of the on line agencies. To set us a side further we offer a personal 24/7 service to all our clients, who have our personal mobile numbers at all times, this makes communication easier and reduces any stressful situations. Our use of social media such as Facebook, provides clients with the "newspaper of today" coverage.

I have just recently sold a property with Grosvenor Properties.  Debi has been so hands on, replying to text/emails 24/7, nothing has been too much trouble, she even contacted me whilst she was on holiday. She has made our move stress free. I would highly recommend Grosvenor Properties.

We had a property we needed to sell and Grosvenor had it sold before it even hit the internet! The service we received from the moment we gave them the instruction was first class and their fees were less than every Estate Agent we spoke to in Heswall. We would definitely use Grosvenor again should the need arise and we will be recommending them to all of our friends and family. Well done, keep up the good work.

After a frustrating and disappointing start to selling our house with another estate agent, we have nothing but praise for Debi and her team at Grosvenor, who have shown us the other extreme of estate agents. They were professional, knowledgable, helpful, and proactive. No question was too small, no problem to big and Debi repeatedly went above and beyond what was required. We would have no hesitation in recemmending them to anyone, and we would be very happy to use them again in the future.
