From a buyers perspective Richard and Stephen helped enourmously when we purchased our new home through them, they were constantly onhand with help and advice regarding legal and logistical matters. Hunters have been great with our house purchase. They have been there all the way along a difficult house move. Always friendly & professional, and at the end of the phone to help sort out any issues. Definitely recommend using Richard & Stephen at Hunters, Heswall.

We chose Hunters because they had recently sold another property in the same road and we wanted a local estate agent who knew the market well. Hunters staff and management were very friendly and knowledgeable, from pricing the property correctly to advising on the best way to market the property. They found a buyer within two weeks of advertising. Unfortunately the sale fell through, but Hunters had retained details of all other enquiries and quite quickly found another buyer who has now completed the purchase of the house. Throughout the process they kept us fully informed of any developments and were unfailingly positive and reassuring, whilst also being realists about managing expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to prospective buyers or sellers.

We recently purchased our first family home through Hunters, Heswall. Richard and Stephen were brilliant, right from our initial enquiry and spent time showing us round the property and informing us of the previous owners. Richard and Stephen are both so friendly and informative and helped answer all our questions and keep us informed on the progress of our purchase. They made the process of buying our home happy and stress free! Thanks to both!
