I put my father's house up for sale in September and within a week, I'd had four viewings and three offers, one of which culminated in a sale by the beginning of December, very impressive in my view. Throughout the whole process, the work of the staff was totally professional and helpful at all times, particularly in the area of communication and advice. I would like to single out for special praise Julie, Liz and Ann, the sale completer, all nice people too, always welcoming and sympathetic in their approach. I would certainly recommend Bradshaw, Farnham and Lea if you are thinking of buying or selling a house.

I couldn't recommend BFL any higher. Their friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff were so supportive when we recently bought a house. If you are buying a house then definately have a look with them first.

Couldn't fault the service first class, all the staff were very helpfull, friendly and on the ball when it came to my purchase. Nothing like my agents who were selling my property in Southport, they were appalling.

Bought a property from them in 2017, really friendly and helpful, in fact much better than the estate agents we were trying to sell our house through at the time, so was refreshing to speak to someone who actually knew what they were doing in the early stages of our house buying. Lovely staff, no problems at all.

Thank you BFL - from initial meeting with Liz, then next with Toby , dealing with negotiators in office, right through to Anne dealing with sales progression & the completion of our sale, you have all been very helpful, professional and more so friendly and approachable. You have kept us informed each step of the way with marketing, notifications of viewings, feedback on them (good, honest feedback ) , offers and finally any outstanding information solicitors required to expedite completion. Would certainly recommend you to anyone looking to put their property on market. There are too many Agents out there who promise to do what you guys actually do - and do it well ! Thanks.
