All of the store staff were so helpful and friendly. We don’t know his name, but we especially wanted to thank the lovely and impeccably dressed manager who helped us, who went out of his way to find the specific bag we’d come into town for. He looked amazing and his customer service was a breath of fresh air.
I was told that some of the shop assistants don’t want me to try on clothes, I was waiting for the dressing room forever and when it’s empty no one came to inform me, as if no one sees me in the store. But when I puts on something they immediately noticed and said that I was not allowed to try on certain things. I was in the store talking to some other assistant while I can see one of the shop assistant talking to someone else while they both looking at my direction, they were literally talking in front of me didn’t even try to hide it. And when I walked passed the manager he just ignored me. Feels awkward and disrespectful. I’ve been shopping in the brand more than 700 pounds around the world, I don’t think what they are doing are professional nor ethical. The vibe is so wrong it’s just not worth it.
Never buy online from this company. They sent the wrong size double verified the order and they were unapologetic, never offered any solution. Now I am two weeks awaiting on a refund since I returned the item. Essentially one month process and I don’t have my money or the item I wanted which is now out of stock. This company brings absolute shame to the Karl Lagerfield name in how they conduct business.
Got a really cute bag 2 weeks ago. The manager was so helpful and patient until I made my mind. It's definitely worth a visit . They have really cute bags for the summer, and they also had some good discounts.
In the heart of Regent Street, London. Luxury brand store. Came here yesterday to pick up an online order. Staff very friendly. Store has 2 floors. Men section on the ground floor. Loads selection of bags/accessories to suit your needs. They do good offers as well. Recommended for a visit and shop while you are in central London.
A very poor approach to the situation in the annex, you can see how the shoes look after 10 times in 10 months. Reliable customer service leaving a lot to be desired. Nobody intervened in customer service and after going to the official store where the shoes were bought. One of the people working there as part of the complaint sent me to myself to go to one of the metro stations to the shoemaker and for 20 pounds the soles and shoes would be replaced . I am disappointed with this approach.
Went in today, this afternoon 5pm ish. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I was passing by and they assisted me with the new collection which is lush. The male staff member was awesome and is an asset to the brand. He is so knowledgeable and friendly. I forgot to ask his name male, Brown hair, glasses, great smile and vibrant personality. Thank you
Came to the store on Saturday. Was helped by an amazing sales associate called Esther !! She was so helpful and friendly, couldn't fault her customer service!!! : Was greeted by her friendly face and felt very welcomed! I don't usually leave reviews but I felt the need to on this occasion. For sure I will return to make a purchase with her
Love the designs from the Karl Lagerfeld brand and can never walk past this store without wanting to go in, but the customer service always leaves much to be desired. Shame.
I always buy my clothing from there. Excellent and friendly service. They always do good sales. They have a variety of shoes, bags accsesories and nice tshirts and pants. Its one of my favourite.
