I highly recommend the 165 Regent St store. It has a really good selection of items and also the staff is super friendly and super helpful. Ask to be helped by Manuela from Portugal - she is AMAZING! Manuela has a really good eye and taste and I am so happy and grateful she helped me throughout my shopping experience!

Ordered a dress and sent it back straight away, the quality of cotton was very poor. Yes, styles like Gap 20 years ago which is good, but definitely over-priced. I will never again order online. Did they not used to be better quality ?

High quality clothes and staff, but ludicrously expensive unless you get there for a sale. The staff and experience are, however, excellent and much more pleasant than other similar shops!
Good store good style but the quality is just too poor. It is not worth the price at all like for any of the american brands. Bought chinos and casual shirts there. The colors will go away and the sewing too in less than a year. I do take care of my clothes.
