I have been going to  Hidalgo Brothers for  years  for alterations of my clothes, I can say they are brilliant at their job, and I am very happy with  every item I have taken to them, I also can say their staff  are very attentive and helpful, specially Christian and Angel.

Had recently visited the establishment for some alterations and can honestly say that the customer service and general feeling I received from a member of staff called Christian was absolutely terrible and completely pushy and just fake, a horrible experience. Initially I was dealt by a staff member called Angel who seemed nice to begin with but sadly I was left to be handled with by Christian who just gave me the impression that he was not bothered and managed to have a pleat crease inserted down both legs of a pair trousers that were to be altered in length only and nothing as requested and stayed originally but just did not write down instructions properly nor note down as a whole and in general didn’t get the felling of a good service as I would have had previously by the gentleman- Ramon or Marco - top guys , but now you just don’t get the same Service from front of house . Because the bad experience and how it was not handled with regard, I would really reconsider returning….

HIDALGO BROTHERS ARE BRILLIANT! I went to get my black Tuxdeo jacket altered for the my wedding black tie reception and the tailors did a golden job of the jacket. They very carefully hand stitched a button hole into my silk lapel and they closed the vents of the jacket for me giving it a really body hugging fit. The button hole was perfect for me to place a rose into, which really lifted the overall feel of the jacket on the special event! The staff at Hidalgo were professional, cheerful over phone and in person and they did an excellent job on the jacket, thank you very much! Cannot wait to swing by for my next event!

Having done the Savile Row walk, i ended up in Hidalgo Brothers and couldn't have made a better decision. My made-to-measure suit for my Wedding Reception was outstanding in quality and looks all thanks to Kristian who made the Savile Row experience live up to expectations. Service is top notch and stress free.

I have had three jackets now altered at Hidalgo Brothers and I would go back again even though I live in Wales. Every single time the service was timely and the quality of work was of a high standard. I feel the service was  personal and they really listened to what style I wanted with my jacket. I would continue to use Hidalgo Brothers for my alteration needs; high recommended.

Fantastic and courteous service. Started with a few alterations after revamping my wardrobe and was so impressed I ordered a brand new custom blazer. Will definitely keep coming.

I was very pleased with the alterations to the Mother-of-the-bride outfit that I really wanted to fit well.  The Hidalgo Brothers tailor's, Savile Row did a great job. Nothing was too much trouble with the price up front so there were no nasty surprises.  I will use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Had a fantastic experience with hidalgo brothers tailors. They were welcoming and helpful throughout the whole process and really went above and beyond to make sure I had a suit and shirt ready in a very tight schedule. Absolutely delighted with the finished product.

Lifesavers! My wife absolutely wanted me to get a new suit before our wedding in 2020. I reluctantly got one custom made from a well known high street chain. Upon the first fitting I quickly realised that a lot was wrong with it: it didn't fit me at all and a pocket was noticeably higher than the other. With less than a week left before the wedding I decided my only option was to wear my favourite suit even though it didn't fit too well anymore. Through recommandations I booked an appointment with Hidalgo Brothers. I got taken care of by Kristian who advised me on what could be done. Despite very little fabric available to alter the suit I returned a couple of days later and to my surprise it fitted me perfectly!
