absolute rip off with the worst customer service and staff ever. The garage in nottingham city centre is full of scammers who dont no there ass from the hole in the ground. Do not take any up market cars there like bmws or mercedes not worth the shoddy work or the hike in price. Took 5 days to do a timing chain. Original quote was over a grand.

Great garage and personal service:) gave Jay and Sean a tricky set of problems with my wife's Suzuki Swift (yes Sean it's that guy!), and to their credit, they managed to figure out the problem (and there wasn't just one), and get the car right as rain. Good job fellers. 5 stars earned.

I've been here a couple of times because I read they are very thorough and professional even if it does cost more than most garages. I can't give them more than a 3* though because for the amount you pay you do expect a certain level of service every time and this last time was a disappointment. 

They charge £45ph and it took 1 hr to diagnose an issue with my car. To their credit the piece of paper they give you showing their diagnosis looks very nice (although they'd listed a warning light that was on but it actually wasn't). Before booking it in I was told that if I had any repairs done by them, the cost of diagnosis would be subtracted from the total so I was happy to go ahead. After the diagnosis I explained I'd be supplying my own parts as they use Eurocarparts, and I have a modified car which has many uprated parts inside so I'd be using a higher end component. I was told they generally don't work with parts they don't supply and even if they made an exception, they wouldn't subtract the diagnosis charge (despite being told fitting would be around 2 hours work). This was contrary to what was agreed previously and despite explaining the situation clearly and calmly I was met with unreasonable repeated replies from a smirking employee. The owner seems like a nice chap but things need to be more clear to avoid such situations in future. Had I known they wouldn't subtract the diagnosis charge I'd have thought twice about having them take a look.

To summarise, they seem to do good work. Be careful of extra "non faults" on their diagnosis that you MAY be charged for (I never got this far but I can imagine less informed customers simply footing the bill at the end with no questions), and be 110% clear about any costs you have to pay for diagnosis/labour/parts.
