My preferred destination for coffee with friends (or flying solo) and the best chai latte in town. Great service and lovely crew and a canalside walk to finish. Perfect!

I have been here a few times and have enjoyed it. Today tho was different it's the first time since they have moved to the bigger premises. First of all the servers were standing around chatting so we were ignored the. When we were served the girl wasn't friendly at all. My firend and I had 2 latties which is what we have always had they took nearly 15 mins to arrive even tho it wasn't busy the girls were to busy chatting. When it arrived it tasked like warm milk, I'm a lattice drinker because I do find coffee strong but I couldn't even taste any! Im not one to complain but my friend paid for them so felt I should drink it. I took my full cup back and asked if they could pop another shot of coffee in for me as it was Milky I got told that they only one shot (it's common practice too 2 shot) and that if I wanted another shot my friend and I would have to pay more money. Nowhere did it state that they had stopped putting 2 shots in (they used too as she told me today) out of principal I refused to pay more money and left feeling very unhappy and will not be returning! I thought the way we were dealt with wasnt right and not gd service

Nice coffee, just leave the salted caramel icecream for me! Nice spot to stop when walking the canal to / from Stroud. Good selection of coffee etc and icecream from the small annex hut was delicious.

Great coffee, good service, canalside seating, what more could you ask for? Well food, of course! Snacks and light bites also served.
