Miserable service - staff openly whinging about the fact that more customers arrived. Food debris on the floor, my daughters (8&6) had to clear a table for us to sit at. Dirty tray and was given a wet, smeared knife. Member of staff (young male) said ‘for f***s sake I want to punch something’ in front of customers and having a Granny chat with his colleague. Not the first time I’ve had this experience here, wont be coming again.

Ordered 2 cups of tea. Dirty tray. Dirty cups. Dirty chipped teapots. Food crumbs on the table from previous customer. Staff that couldn't be bothered to respond when I asked to change cups. This is supposed to be the place to go for a hot drink ? Maybe it is. Just not the Tesco Costa.

We bought 2 lint hot chocolates in the costa in Stroud, and they were disgusting for the value as they were small and didn't even taste like lint hot chocolate. Then when we used the toilets they were appalling, dirty and behind the counter was a big muddle. It must have been a bad time to go and must have been under staff and very busy!!!!
