I have been using the gym here for a couple of years now. It's great value for money when you factor in everything you get; gym, swimming, classes, golf, sports courts, free fitness classes for your children. The female changing rooms have no where near enough lockers so if you're going peak times you may not get one. The showers are a bit old school and the temperatures are really hit and miss.

Pleasant staff with up-to-date equipment ready to support you in a variety of ways we even have a great coffee house and Bistro on site serving tasty food and even Cater for gym users with suitable foods on both the breakfast and lunch menus

Great gym. Lot of different classes to try. Nice instructors.

The gym is well equipped. You have several good badminton courts, swimming pool(not in their main site) and also fitness classes for a reasonable price. The price for gym membership is very affordable. It does gets a bit busy during the prime hours, but not too crowded either.
