This company was excellent. They did a very good job on the body work after my recent collision and the car came back immaculate inside and out. They kept me informed about the progress of the repair. Helpful staff on the phone and in person.

This company has to be avoided as my insurance arranged this company to fix my car and guess what had to go back to the work shop because they fitted the wrong bumper and bonnet and it looked like I could have done a better job myself after showing images via email as requested two weeks later they ignored me so I rang them and told them I sent images to them and they need to repair the car properly so they took it last Tuesday and I am still waiting for my car to be returned to me almost been another week. Very dissatisfied and annoying as I need transport

Had a minor bumper repair done in the past, and this time 2 tyres fitted. Because space is tight there, they courtesy car you offsite and do the work during the day, its ok for me. Tyres are fitted its ok, but its the first time I ever had tyres done but the wheel wasn't cleaned, so first thing I had to do at home was get a soapy bucket and do myself. I think this detracted at least 1 star as its the detail that matters. And, paperwork documentation was filled in wrong, the mileage was 28K not 22 guys!

Avoid. They are NOT customer services orientated company. They o NOT care about there customers because the work with big insurance companies. I have had some of the most appalling experience with them.
