Reason only 4 stars. Having replaced tyres is should be a requirement, that tyres are correctly inflated according to that applicable to that car model. On arriving home I decided to check the new tyres. Regret to advise the near side was registering 39 pounds per sq, the offside was 37. The pressures recommended for front both is 32. I was delighted with the way my appointment was dealt with and the politeness extended by the staff, specially knowing they were understaffed and cannot deny getting the best prices anywhere within a 40 mile radius was a definite bonus. The whole process was dealt with as professionally as possible even the need to check and correct the tracking. For that my grateful thanks.

Booked tyres online for 930am. Arrived 920 was told it would be 1hr30mins untill completion. So I returned 1hr50mins later and they were still changing my tyres. By the time they had finished and corrected my wheel alignment which I had requested, I finally got out of there 2hrs45mins after my original apt time. I appreciate they were busy and had some staff problems and the man was very polite at all times even though I could tell he was stressed. However I would of appriciated a discount on my wheel alignment fee for the the inconvenience caused and a more accurate estimate of how long I would have to wait.

Bought tyres on line, tried to phone them to confirm they were in bot no one would answer the phone despite trying for 30 minutes. All the time I was on site I did not hear the phone once, previous times the phones never stopped ringing. Poor service, wont be using this outfit again!
