My experience at the Jesmond store was phenomenal. 5 stars!!!! First off: I placed an online order to ship to Florida. My package was held up at customs due to complications with my PayPal account. Luckily, I was in Newcastle that week, with my wife, so we decided to stop by. After talking with Scott and customer service, they rerouted my order for pick up instead on canceling. I was thrilled. Furthermore, my wife decided to shop the store while we where there. Josh, Scott, and all the women working at this location made JulesB a top notch experience. Traveling from the U.S., we were amazed on how the staff made us feel at home. Holland Cooper is a exquisite brand, my wife's new favorite designer. I just placed another online order. This is my new go-to store and your welcoming staff earned JulesB a new loyal customer from the U.S.  Much love and appreciation!  Merry Christmas    Bryan Forte

Visited the shop last Friday and was welcomed by Josh. He knows the brands I buy and directed me to some Baldessarini trousers. They didn’t have my size but no problem, Josh sourced them at their Kendal shop. Contacted me today as they’ve been delivered to Jesmond. Brilliant service, the lads in Jesmond give excellent friendly service.

Over the years I’ve shopped hear and always enjoyed the experience, suits, etc.  The team was always very attentive and because of that I always spent a lot more that I had planned.  Over the last month I’ve been in twice and the staff all 3 of them 2 blokes and a girl are just not interested in helping the way they used to.   Maybe I didn’t look my best but between them they showed no interest, when I actually wanted to buy two full outfits jeans, shirts,  shoes, jackets etc.   At best they would check in the store cupboard for a size or talk between them but I had an overwhelming sense they didn’t want to deal with me which actually left me feeling quite disappointed and let down that perhaps I was being judged by what I was wearing at the time due to work.   Such a shame but this is sign of the times I think and clearly I’m not good enough to shop here.  The clothes I did see were very nice.

Jules B provide the very best of fashion , those select items you have been looking for but find it so difficult to find. But most of all Jules B make it a total pleasure to visit ,the team are so helpful and knowledgeable about their stock they can guide your choice. Can’t wait to visit there Jesmond store again , great work Lee.

So I went in and seen a jacket I liked the price was £289 as is the norm I Google the price as my child benefits universal credit and job seekers dont amount to much. Imagine to my surprise the same jacket on jules b website for £179. I told this to the hipster in the skinny Jean's who was acting like a boss man, he said he would match it. Since I had 6 items I said would I have to cross check them all to your online prices so I can make sure I'm not over paying? He looked at me like a American looks at a map of europe. Ordered online instead. Online great but wouldn't shop in store and haven't since

Best mens retailer in the North East, new stock arriving weekly, the guys are always at hand to lend a hand if required. Two floors of top clobber, best tunes, oh and great coffee!

Josh and Co are very helpful and it's always a pleasure to spend time seeing what's in store. Nice being able to come away with exactly what you were after.
