Picked up a top on the 27th about 11.30 went to check out the cashier left myself and another lady standing there while she rummaged through the racks helping someone find their size, we stood and stood the lady in the queue said she worked in retail and no way do you leave the tills like that , I asked another assistant but she just said she won't be long , well she was and then the lady she was helping opened a very large bag full of items she wanted to exchange and still no one came to open another till, after that I put my clothes on the counter and walked out, no way to treat a paying customer New Look the cashier never even acknowledged us, more staff training I think

Clothes always seem good quality and have good deals or 2 for 1 etc at times much better than primark and actually have your size and are the actual size as well.

The single shop in the center with a good collection of affordable and stylish shoes, available mostly in all sizes.  Not overcrowded.

New look in general is good place to shop. Sometimes you go in and you want practically every thing then other times you go in and you can't find anything you like. Lot of choice on offer in clothes and also good selection of shoes. Prices have gone up quite a bit and although I found a lovely pair of sandals, the price for me today was too much for me to spend. Hopefully might be bit reduced next time I'm in newlook. It is located in Eldon square over two floors, in Newcastle. You can either get metro from st James or monument or even haymaket metro Station, bout 5mins walk if that. It is also near bus station. Or you could drive and park, as they have lots of car parks up the town. No toilets available for customers inside the shop but you will find them about 2 minutes walk away. You can get to different floors by stairs or escalator and if you need use wheelchair or have pram they have a lift. The shop was nice and clean and the staff friendly enough. I often shop here and will be back. I would recommend to others Hasn't changed any, still got some great clothes and footwear and great for ordering clothes through the shop and picking up from the shop x

i was trying some clothes on and i had a necklace in my hand as soon as i came out the changing rooms the worker came and followed me EVERYWHERE!! up and down stairs around the store!!!! staring at me whispering to her co workers and pretending to be working i am disgusted!! i don’t recommend going to this shop go to another new look and don’t waste your time with horrible workers following you around and staring! get it sorted u freaks. NOT PROFESSIONAL

Great plus sized section. Very good selection of clothes. They have two tills, one upstairs one downstairs, but for some reason never open upstairs despite how busy they get? Downstairs offers quite a good range of bits. Deffo one of the better newlook stores.

Great pick for a comfortable and very cute professional work boot for fall looks. Still had sore feet after about 6 hours but that’s way better than most shoes with a heel. Perfect for leggings or with thick socks but the top is a bit wide for hose if you have an average size ankle. Also very comfortable and would totally buy them if they come on a sale!

Had to return an item I purchased on-line. I live in Northallerton so had a day's shopping in Newcastle with my sister.  The invoice said I could return in-store. Disappointed to find that as it was a concessionary item I couldn't return in-store. I'm not very tech savvy and rarely purchase online so wasn't sure how to return.  The Manageress couldn't have been more helpful in assisting me. Absolutely first class and very friendly service. Thank you so much. You can't get this personal touch online!
