From the moment of entering YAP my daughter and her small entourage were treated like VIP's. Louise sat down with us and wrote down every small detail of what was wanted in the wedding dress. She had endless patience in bringing dresses for my daughter to try on and when she was finished and we said that we had some more appointments, she said that should we want to, we could go back later in the day. After experiencing three more bridal shops we returned to YAP where we were once again welcomed warmly even though they had other prospective brides being fitted. After a few more dresses, the very first one was back and that was "the one". This was proof to me that Louise had really listened and had actually chosen the right dress in the very beginning. This time we met Jo, the owner of YAP, who was so lovely and genuinely warm and personal that I couldn't have wished for a better experience for my daughter. Thank you all so much.

Lovely dresses and the staff are really nice too. It's not huge but they seem to be good at picking dresses. I was struggling to find what I wanted and had been to 4 shops already when I found my dress here.

These women are angels!! They made the whole experience fun, exciting, stress free and most importantly...all about you!! Couldn’t recommend Y.A.P enough!! :)

They've gone hugely out of their way to help me find a stockist of the dress I want, even though I'm not buying from them. Incredibly friendly and helpful, no ask too far. And they stock the wonderful designer Rosa Clara, who is difficult to find in the UK. 100% recommend.
