Love going to Judes Ferry, the food is amazing and have great memories there. We celebrated one of our anniversary lunch here and its also one of our favourite places to go when in town. The staff ate great and friendly
We visited on Wednesday 7th Sept in the early evening. Bar maid was lovely and very friendly and welcoming. We had the beef rib for dinner and can honestly say it was probably one of the best meals I have ever had. Beef was so tender and melt in your mouth. Will definitely come back next year.
Thought a carvery was to help yourself to veg etc.. e weren't allowed everything was put on for us, no salt of pepper available.I must admit that was the worst carvery I have had, looked like processed meats frozen Yorkshire puddings , roast potatoes tasted like dirty fat cauliflower and broccoli cheese was extra mushy. I won't not recommend it. But everyone entitled to their opinion and that is mine never eat there again.
Great food at a good price with great shaded outdoor seating on the River Lark. Can't recommend the grilled chicken w/wild mushroom sauce, Belgian waffle, and pork schnitzel enough. The lasagna is great as well.
Great little place not only for drinks but Sunday dinner was excellent. Reasonably priced too. They have added on to the building with a dining area now. Nestled on a little canal, you can enjoy outdoor seating also. Went there over 40 years ago when we lived in England and was happy to see it's still open!
Great place! Especially outdoor tables. There is a little playground, so it's very kids friendly which I appreciate very much: I'm usually not so into "Sunday roast " thing, but personally their roast was good. I would like to come back again!
Such an awesome spot. The fish and chips are always delicious, and the schnitzel is my absolute favorite. Pairs incredibly with a cold Guinness. The chips are always crispy, and it's such a beautiful place. This is by far my favorite spot in the Mildenhall area, and I'd highly recommend going to Jude's Ferry! Also - to the dude playing live music on August 27th 2021 - you've got a great voice.
Great service. Very pleasant helpful staff. Food good. Enjoyed the Mexican Burger but i need to try the hottest of the hot sauce next time .
Beautiful scenery, delicious food and beyond hardworking and friendly staff. Have been multiple times and would definitely recommend!
Traditional pub at lovely location by the river. One real ale when I visited, good good in quantity.
