we booked a brunch here and I have to say the sevice from our star Lewis was amazing.. ! staff were friendly everything was clean and the food came out hot and well cooked .. this was our second brunch here and we will definitely be going back.. Thank you oxford S&L staff we had a much needed brilliant time
I didn't hate it! I could not waste time trying to download an app, which took ages, just to try and order a glass of wine, no options just whole bottles. We gave up after 10 minutes but staff were walking around who could have taken our order. We left & found a lovely welcoming pub with table service by one of their friendly staff.
Very abrupt & slightly rude manager. Staff were helpful but not as polite as you'd expect. Food is okay, nothing special. Feel like this place is more about cocktails and mixers than food
There was no hand. Sanitiser at the door when came in and known down stairs by toilet although I was my hands anyway .And the tables out side where not social distance as should . But food.was good.
Amazing deco and amazing old songs ... Quite a huge place for eating and well located. Maybe a better follow up on customers should give 4 stars.
