JTS Staff are cheerful , knowledgeable and very helpful. I have been searching for armoured jeans for ages, but all other outlets sizes stop at 44" inch waist. Not at JTS. They have a very good range of bigger sizes and in short - extra short leg for us vertically challenged folks as well as the regular lengths. I've also been searching for a mesh vented jacket in my chest and pot belly size, without gorilla length arms. Bingo, JTS had the very garment off the peg. Top Draw 5 Star. The shop is well stocked with all manner of biking clothing and accessories. Spacious and not cramped. The changing rooms are a good size and clean so you're not having a battle to try kit on. I highly recommend them. JTS is well worth the ride out, so go visit , you will not be disappointed. Oh Yeah, we were even well watered with free refreshments. Nice touch.

Very helpful and patient staff, (thank you Kelly). As a more mature female looking for a comfortable fitting motor bike jacket Kelly was fantastic and went to a great deal of trouble. We will be returning for other items again shortly. Easy parking and very welcoming.

Good range of products and have some some excellent clothing in their own lines. Absolutely top notch customer service that is equal to the big sellers like Sportsbikeshop.

Bought a pair of Kevlar jeans, a little small made but not too big a problem. Jeans developed a hole after being worn a handful of times which was surprising as they are presumably supposed to hard wearing. They were under warranty so JTS were helpful and said I could send them back for inspection. Will update review once I hear back from them. Update: I was told I must have made the hole in the jeans (I didn't). Not only were the jeans a waste of money, I had to pay P&P to send them back to JTS for inspection. Very poor quality product, poor customer service and the sizing was off too.
