Great service once again. Staff very helpful, friendly and confident in their work. Fitted roof bars with no problem apologies for booking in the cold. Noah fitted the bars think he did a previous car I had and was very helpful and did a great job.
I like halfords but getting a fine for visiting the store is ridiculous! I've had 2 now and bought something both times, I was only there for 32 minutes!!! and the staff say nothing about the fact that you'll get a fine for parking in their car park and visiting their store! I'll be going to other halfords from now on as £60 a time is ridiculous!
All the staff at halfords Coalville are very helpful. Especially Amy, Laura and Manny.nMy husband has dementia and lives going to buy all the car things he needs.nThe staff are always helpful and patient.
Ordered a pair of high beam bulbs for my daughter’s car this morning fitted this evening by Zac while we waited .nThe whole process was excellent ,efficient and well organised Zac was a pleasure to deal with and really courteous and fitted the bulbs for us.Zac advised us that we could have the better bulbs fitted which was really appreciated.nAmy was really helpful at the reception and both Zac and Amy are a real credit to Halfords Coalville congratulations to both and we will return to the branch purely because of the impeccable service we received from them both.
Super helpful staff at Coalville store; Halfords do more than one may realise, in terms of keeping cars healthy so to speak. I was offered great advice and gained understanding of how best to maintain my car outside of it being serviced. Thanks!
