I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Halfords thanks to Amy and Laura. They were incredibly helpful in finding the right wiper blades for my car, assisted with fitting them in, and took the time to explain everything in detail. Their kindness, charisma, and patience made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated how they guided me through what to pay attention to and made sure I felt confident with everything. Highly recommend their assistance!
Excellent service from Kevin at Coalville Halfords. Was just going to have one new brake light bulb fitted but he advised me to replace both seeing as they come in packs of two anyway, which made sense to be honest, as I’ve had both bulbs go within weeks of each other on a previous vehicle. He really explained everything exceptionally well. Was very friendly and patient with me. Top class service. He seemed to really know what he was doing as well with regard to the fitting. Thanks a lot, I will come here again.
I like halfords but getting a fine for visiting the store is ridiculous! I've had 2 now and bought something both times, I was only there for 32 minutes!!! and the staff say nothing about the fact that you'll get a fine for parking in their car park and visiting their store! I'll be going to other halfords from now on as £60 a time is ridiculous!nnEdit: dont pay the fine!!! They say they will sort it out for you like their reply below but if you pay the fine they do nothing!! They just say 'oh well its paid now'... i thought i was stopping myself from getting a further fine but no. Absolute discrace and poor management.

Fantastic customer service at the Halfords Coalville store today!nnI’d recently bought a car seat for our newborn, but before we had a chance to install it, my mum surprised us with a travel system, so we no longer needed it. To make things more complicated, I’d misplaced the receipt somewhere in the haze of newborn life and sleep deprivation!nnCallum at the Coalville store was brilliant. He was understanding, patient, and incredibly helpful, even though the item had been purchased at a different store. With the help of a colleague, they calmly took the time to locate the receipt on the system, print it, and process the refund completely hassle-free.nnWhat really stood out was how they handled everything under pressure. While assisting us, a queue started to build, but Callum quickly opened another till to keep things moving, while his colleague continued helping us without rushing.nnBoth were friendly, professional, and made what we thought might be a stressful situation feel easy and straightforward, exactly what we needed in the middle of the emotional rollercoaster that comes with a newborn.nnA real credit to Halfords—thank you both!
