Went to buy a Carrera Bike and the staff at the time, Carl was very helpful. Answered all my questions with patience and gave proper suggestions. The bike made a rattling sound from the gear as I rode out so I went back and Carl was quick to look into it and fix it for me.
Bought a windscreen frost protection cover for my car. £9.99nbargain. Fits perfectly and easy to put on. Very happy with my purchase and ease of ordering.
The lovely Tom changed some headlight bulbs for me on Thursday afternoon.nHe was very patient, courteous and friendly.nI would highly recommend him.nAnother great visit to the Coalville store
First time having a chip in my windscreen so I really didn’t know anything about the process or cost, but Manny from the Coalville store was super helpful and got everything sorted and fixed for me whilst I went for a coffee. Amy in store was also super lovely. She had to deal with some really difficult and ridiculously dramatic customers just before me and she kept herself composed and professional the whole time. Being rude to people that are working to help you is so unnecessary, just not going to get you anywhere, and I hope those customers accidentally left something behind so they would have to do the walk of shame and return to the store to apologise… and/or have all the wheels fall off their van. Thanks for a great service Manny and Amy Great team at this store
