We are customers from Norwich, and after a long drive, we reached Joyalukkas in London to purchase a small piece of jewellery for our newborn baby. I had a complicated, high-risk pregnancy and had to undergo a C-section at just 33 weeks. With limited mobility and still in the recovery stage, I was nevertheless excited to visit Joyalukkas for this special purchase for my premature baby boy.nnUnfortunately, our initial experience at the store was frustrating. One of the ladies at the counter saw us but chose to turn away, chatting and laughing with her colleagues instead of attending to us. When she finally approached, I explained my requirements, but she was unhelpful and uninterested in assisting us. Feeling disappointed, we decided to leave and visited another Kerala jewellery store nearby, where we did find what we were looking for.nnHowever, my heart was still set on Joyalukkas, as we have always been loyal customers at your Thiruvalla, Karama Dubai, and Al Siddiq Street Kuwait City branches. No matter how big or small our purchase, we have always been treated with respect and exceptional customer service at those locations.nnSo, we decided to give it another try and returned to the Joyalukkas showroom. This time, we were welcomed warmly by a gentleman from Kerala unfortunately, we didn’t catch his name. He treated us with great care and professionalism throughout, and his warm smile and excellent service truly made a difference. Thanks to him, we found exactly what we wanted, within our desired weight and budget.nnA heartfelt thank you to that customer service executive — your kindness meant a lot to us.nnThank you, Joyalukkas, and special thanks to that chettan for turning our experience around.
I had a wonderful experience today at Joyalukkas on Green Street London. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and very quick in their service. I felt truly welcomed from the moment I entered the store.nnA special thank you to Mr. Arun, who helped me with great patience and professionalism. He showed me everything I asked for without any hesitation and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I really appreciate his dedication and friendly attitude.nnI’m feeling very lucky today — not only because of the beautiful gold I purchased, but also because of the outstanding customer service I received. Sharmin was really great. We had a great experience here. My wife chose a few designs, and she left very satisfied. Good collection and wide variety at various price points.
I always have a wonderful experience at Joy Alukkas. The staff Jothi are very good, polite, and extremely helpful every time I visit. I frequently shop here and I’m always impressed with their excellent service and warm approach. The collection is also amazing – so many beautiful designs and great variety to choose from. Truly a trusted store, highly recommend!
**August 2025 update**nWe are here again to get two cute pinky finger rings. We were served by Humira she really tried to find what we were looking for. Thank you so much see you again soon as always.nn**July 2025 update**nFound a great pair of lovely earrings at Joyalukkas. We our collection with them. I was served by Sarath he was great giving us good advise about investments and offers they have and we negotiated a good fair price. I will see you again.
