Great night of comedy, bar staff great, I give this one star to make a point, we've literally just left the club and had appalling service from the bouncers who seemingly have a massive chip on their shoulders! My brother went to go out of the wrong exit and one bouncer came running over grabbed him and pulled him back saying we couldn't go out that way. The second issue was with me when I apparentley went the wrong way around the barriers onto Camden High Street and another bouncer told me I couldn't go that way and to come back. ......I was already on the street! Really poor, we were two couples in our 30/40s out together for the night, not a group of drunk blokes in our 20s looking for a fight. I finally found out that the first bouncer had pulled back my wife too. Really not happy with this will be making a complaint in the morning.
Has a cozy atmosphere yet it's plenty spacious. The team are very well organised with the tables, and you can get a good view from almost anywhere. We had a good time with the host being a good buffer between acts, and 2 out of the four which we got on the night were especially funny, while the other two did alright. It felt worth the money. The sound guy messed up most of the night and it was irritating at times, so duly got had by almost all the comedians which was fun. The staff are great and kind, and the service was fine until it got busy shortly before the show started. TIP: If you need salt and pepper it's the best bet to go to the kitchen area and just take it, as we had to wait nearly 15mins for these to get served. Drinks were okay for price £10 for a bucket of 5 glass coke bottles on ice however we ordered 2 'buckets' of chips at £3, and these were basically deep plates with about 2 handfuls of admittedly nice chips. We ended up ordering another 3 'buckets'. PARKING: Plenty of side streets available to park your car,but be wary of the times allowed as it does vary.
