This pub is where locals go for drinks regularly and they have the option of booking a room to stay the night if you need. The host is extremely welcoming and helpful.
The pub was fine. But we spent 2 nights there and the room didn't get cleaned or restocked after the first night. It was disappointing having to ask for new soap and clean towels. But the pub was good. Not too pricey and super friendly bartender.

A bit tired looking locals pub with older clientele, but friendly staff and nice for a quiet drink. Have a pool table and dart board in a separate bar. Could do with a redecoration but good place all the same.

The wife and I had a blast staying here last year this time. Adam was super friendly and always accommodating. The beer was always fresh and cold too. Thank you very much!

Visiting relatives and friends in Stortford for three days, and stumbled across this place for breakfast. Friendly and fast service, lovely food and very reasonable prices. We will be back!
