Housing officer sent hand picked messages to other departments to TRY and create a narrative that suited her only because she claimed to have put whole hand through my letter box and dog jumped up to see what was going on. Her narrative affected children and then for complaints to say well your housing officer was not asked for all messages or whole story that the other services never knew existed makes it all OK is sickening. The other departments say they rely on trust & FULL transparency from housing so shouldn't have to ask for the information / messages they decided not to show as they would have to do that with EVERYTHING they say then.
Great place for info, help & free WiFi as having trouble getting mine restored. Staff are friendly & knowledgeable
Visited the library to work. It's a bright airy space albeit not large in library space. It has a work table, PCs and few comfy chairs with tables. There is a kids library and play space area in one corner. Staff friendly and helpful. Only downside is that the public WiFi connects ok but seems to drop unexpectedly and you need to reconnect. I had the same experience in Linwood library. User experience needs looked into.
Very surprised, first visit to this building m, was expecting old type town hall, but this is a brand new build. Very smart and welcoming. Airy and bright, well laid out.
We attended for my sisters wedding and every single aspect of the day was absolutely amazing. I cannot praise these guys enough, the work they put in to make this day run smooth will never be forgotten. The food, the service, everything was perfect. I did not get the white haired man's name whi was there all day but he is a diamond and he made my sisters day run like a well oiled machine. Thank you so much
