Quaint and beautiful bookshop in one of London’s most iconic districts. I’d recommend heading in with an open mind of what you want to read next and let the expertly curated displays decide your book choice for you.
My favourite bookstore! Lovely knowledgeable staff & the most beautiful bookstore to wander around in.
A Chelsea fixture, the quiet bookshop is so well stocked but it it is an oasis from the normal hustle and bustle of King's road. You can sit down and peruse anything that takes your fancy. Never fullof tourists, thank goodness.
Stunning old school book shop with contemporary books as well as the classics.
Beautiful shop, I could have spent hours in there.
This is the most remarkably wonderful bookstores that I’ve ever been in, and I’ve been in quite a few around the world. The shelves are jammed but well organized, and there’s a great amount of both new and classic fiction and non-fiction. If you enjoy classic independent booksellers, you’ll love Sandoe’s.
Charming independent bookstore, with helpful staff and excellent selection.
