I recently visited Job Centre in Barnet and had a frustrating experience. The staff member at desk number 9 was not helpful and seemed uncooperative. They repeatedly made unreasonable requests and delayed the process without valid reasons. This not only wasted my time but also made the entire experience quite unpleasant.nnI understand that people who come to the Job Centre might be going through difficult times, facing mental health challenges, or dealing with significant life pressures. It's important to remember that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness. Please consider being more understanding and compassionate when interacting with people who are seeking help. We are all human beings deserving of dignity.
I had a phone appointment today with a rude member of staff named GRETA!nnFirstly, she was late and didn’t even apologise. Greta has no communication skills whatsoever and her tone from the beginning was extremely rude and she spoke as if she was looking down on me.nnDisgusting to have staff working in place that is supposed to help people with this type of attitude.
Two staff helped me with paperwork and unstanding what to do. Very helpful thank you
Last Saturday I went there to to resolve an issue. I was very worried and I met an amazing woman called Mita who listened and helped me. She was super reassuring and truly love people and care about them. She helped me resolving my issue and was the kindness incarnated. I am thankful to her forever and she is a real asset to the team... if you see this Mita, thank you :
Today 1st Work coach appointment. All through service very aggressive and shaming.nI was loudly acused of fraud after double checking she reliasednwas wrong but no sorry.nnI asked i could see someone but the person just said 'no'! Previous appointment with others were OK.
