I've booked with JLM Travel for quite a few of my holidays now. Their customer service is top notch and they have decent prices to match. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

Booked my holiday today for next May. Got a great price (better than Thomson online). Very friendly and efficient service from Jannine. Looking forward now to our holiday. Would definitely recommend!

Well, where do I start for this positive review?
My family and I were looking at Cape Verde and found a location we liked.
I did a Google search and JLM Travel popped up in the top 5 of the search results.
I rang their freephone number and spoke with Jay (Jannine) who was very polite, friendly and informative.  We chose our hotel, booked and paid for our holiday.  Jay provided lots of advice of things to see and do while we were there.  She even had the kindness to ring back to advise we seek our Doctor’s advice for our son, just in case of any medical issues.  (He has been through a serious illness).

The next day, I noticed we had been slightly overcharged, but that was dealt with very quickly and efficiently by Marie and we received an apology.

But that is when Martin and Jay came into their own and the reason I will definitely book my next holiday with JLM Travel.
I had booked this holiday, without realising it had overlapped another trip I had planned to Germany with my mates!  My panic and worry was evident in my voice when I rang back and spoke with Martin.  Was I going to lose my money or be charged an extortionate admin charge?
After a very long 2 hours of amazing patient advice from Martin, he booked us a different holiday, to a different location, with an earlier date.  All with just a very small admin fee, half of which was paid for by JLM as a gesture of good will!

I have never used this company before, but as I said earlier, I will definitely use them again and will certainly recommend to family and friends.

Top class customer service from Jay, Martin and Marie.
My thanks to you all.
You are a credit to JLM Travel and to the travel industry!

Spoke directly to Marie with an enquiry for holiday in Cuba, answers and suggestions emailed to me very quickly, prices and payment proceedures/dates easily explained. Spot on..... Marie made it easy, thank you.
