Kuoni its a perfect travel agent! Their service is excellent - the staff is very caring and patient for to organize the perfect holiday. We had the best holiday ever. Thanks very much for this unforgettable moments :)

We visited the store last night and have to say we were very dissatisfied with the service. The assistant was very rude, unhelpful and patronising. She would stop talking every time I spoke to my child and stared at me like I was a naughty school child and she was the teacher. When we asked if she had anything in Italy with close proximity to a beach she would shoot us down and say "there is no beaches, it's for cultured types who like fine dining and sightseeing" we felt like she assumed we were uncultured imbeciles. We explained that Venice lidos has a beach and she looked blank, we asked about the lakes including lake maggiore but again she was blank but continued with more patronising remarks. There was also the matter of her shouting or 'raised voice' which must have been audible from upstairs. She snatched brochures off my child and was rearranging the cushions whilst we were standing outside the window. She obviously thinks those with children are uneducated, unsophisticated and uncultured. We were made to feel unwelcome and her snobbish attitude means we would not recommend this place to our friends and family.
