The room is lovely - it is annexed off from the house with a separate bathroom, so we felt very relaxed.There is also a single room with separate toilet available if required within the annex.  It was high quality and comfortable with everything we could wish for. The breakfast choice was varied and the quality of the food was excellent. Marion is the perfect hostess, friendly but not pushy. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing B&B could not have got a nicer welcome to Scotland, spotlessly clean, such comfortable beds, electric blanket, fresh flowers, home made scones in room, delicious breakfast, Marian has thought of everything, very reasonably priced too :) thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous room, excellent breakfasts, wonderful warm welcome including afternoon tea eats! Location is very convenient with a stunning view and in a quiet spot. Hostess very helpful in assisting us with some of our travel goals. One of the best!
