I am the owner so of course i give 5 stars but just wanted to let everyone know that the house is no longer a b&b but a 5 bed/5 bath holiday let with Sykes Cottages. The Garden Studio with its own private entrance, garden and conservatory, sleeps 2 and can still be booked direct with us via our website or telephone or email. Still self-catering. I cannot find away to tell Google to change the listing from B&B to Holiday Let, so if anyone can help with that I'd be grateful.

Fab place to stay. Great rooms, great breakfast and love the drawing room.

You couldn't ask for nicer hosts than Jo and Geraldine. The room was such a high standard with great attention to detail. Breakfast was amazing (especially the scrambled eggs with Salmon - has possibly attained the accolade of best scrambled eggs ever!). All in all excellent and amazing value for money. Back there in 2 weeks time all being well.
