Great service and great staff
I have been here several times and find the staff helpful and cheerful. They stock a good range of products and will deliver those bulky items too. Plenty of parking in their yard. The shop is well laid out and items are priced with and without VAT.
Amazing store. Really friendly, knowledgeable staff, with nothing too much trouble. You can always find someone to help and give advice. There is absolutely no reason to go to B&Q or Homebase - it's all here - plus the advice!

Recently moved to Faversham and used the local Jewsons a fair bit. Service and advice excellent. They excelled themselves today when in answering my apparently naive question re: Calor Gas bottle, Andy, sensing my ignorance came round personally to ensure my description of the problem was accurate. It turned out that I had 'bought' the wrong bottle for my patio heater. So. a sincere vote of thanks to Andy and Jewsons.
Very professional,polite staff. Very pleasant experience all round. Will definitely come back again. Martin.
