Awesome service, I ordered a double bed and requested it to be delivered on a specific day, 2 weeks away they turned up on the correct day with a smile on their faces and an extremely comfortable bed, will definitely buy from them again

So my mum had a fall and broke her sholder We tried her sleeping at mine on a camp bed but it was impossible to get her in the morning! I looked on argos for a bed and delivery was 16 days! I did a Google search and found these guys. Gave them a call... Explained the situation and they delivered a bed the very next morning! They could have delivered one the same day but we needed an orthopedic mattress so they next morning they delivered! And I couldn't be more satisfied. The delivery guys were lovley. They were all round so helpful! And compared to argos... The bed was cheap as chips and it's very very comfortable!!!

Amazing staff, very polite and ready to help. Walked into the shop for 2 beds and mattresses but ended up buying 3 and then bought 1more a few weeks later. The beds feel sturdy, mattresses feel great too and delivery is prompt, what’s not to love?. The delivery guy who came with John actually assisted me in taking my new mattress up the stairs which would have been a task and a half if I had done it alone. Massive recommendation of Medway Beds. I don’t have anymore spaces in my house I’d have bought more ….I’m an absolutely elated customer indeed.

Super helpful, fast delivery and even sorted it out when I had ordered the wrong mattress!! The bed is such good quality and the mattress is superb! My daughter is very happy! In fact she now can’t wait to get to bed! Thank you again for such great service this week.

Helpful at first but they fluffed up the delivery but was soon rearranged again. We bought the most popular bought mattress which after a week we sold and had to buy another from elsewhere - I suppose when you buy cheap that's what you get!!

Excellent. Viewed mattress in the shop late Monday last week, phoned up the next morning and said we wanted it and it was delivered by midday that day! Then purchased a lovely divan base with 4 draws. Both mattress and base are great quality. Would like to say thank you. Would definitely recommend this shop!

Well,  what can I say.  I walked into the shop about 14.00 today,  looking for a single bed for my granddaughter.  The gentleman was helpful and polite.  He asked when I would like it delivered thinking sometime next week he said he could deliver after 15.00 today.  I must say, I was getting worried as it was now getting on for 17.30,  the bed turned up thinking that they stopped delivery at a certain time Well done Medway Bed's,  it's lovely and comfortable  yes I had to try it out Thankyou and Merry Christmas from one Happy customer :
