Always plenty of parking even on busy bank holiday weekends. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The staff on the paint desk are especially helpful and knowledgeable. Self service tills as well as manned tills. One of the cheapest DIY stores around where you can pick up almost everything you need. They also do a wood cutting service so no need to worry about trying to fit a big sheet of wood into the car. Highly recommended. Visited this store again recently (feb 2018) to purchase some tiles, grouting etc. I would commend the member of staff that was working in this section, he was very knowledgeable and gave very good advice. Saved me from what could have been an expensive mistake.

Poor service in tradepoint. Staff have a constant chip on their shoulders. Diy shop pretending to be a builders merchant

Large store. Plenty of choice, sadly, staff leave a little to be desired in knowledge and helpfulness regarding store content and layout. I am disabled and had to walk the length of the store 3 times due to misadventures from staff. Only found what I wanted by chance when actually going to leave the store.

I always go here for all my DIY needs as the staff are very helpful and the prices are excellent.
