I had the best service with Lee today who went above and beyond with his calculations and working out how much the materials would cost after the B&Q regular discounts. What a brilliant VIP service. The guy Ricky at Tradepoint was also very helpful and patient. Would definitely recommend this store.
Wow! I was looking to get a bathroom and possibly a kitchen. 5 staff members and not a single one acknowledged me. Only one member of staff was actually doing anything and she was the only one that made eye contact, but she was with someone.nThere were two members of staff, one sitting at a computer were gossiping loudly. The language one of them used was unbelievable at that volume.nSo unprofessional.nThe displays were filthy, I didn't want to open any doors due to the numerous finger marks and dust.nNot impressed.
Nice personnel there but it's a shame that plants and flowers outside the garden centre are left without water and not taken are of them.
Went to see Ann today who work's in the kitchen and bathroom design team. She was great and took time to listen to what we needed, along with coming up with ideas not considered. Patient, friendly, kind and great at what she does. Happy customers! Credit to the team.
Just had to go out of my way to comment on the superb customer care Stewart gave us today, twice we needed him and he was so helpful, patient and we came away with what we needed. Store really clean and tidy, till staff friendly.
