Absolutely outstanding experience from Jewsons in Cheadle, after our car was damaged in an accident Jewsons delivered our building supplies for free. Excellent service- really made my day, Know who we will be recommending to all of our local customers............LOVE ABNEY LOVE CHEADLE LOVE JEWSONS
Absoloutly disgusting service. Every time I come in here the yard staff dissappear like rats but today they outdid themselves. Guy on forks saw me waiting to the side, drove towards me and stopped directly in front of me, looked straight through me and as i moved to the side to talk to him he just drove off. Completely avoiding eye contact or any acknowledgment. Very rude and ignorant and will never use this store again. Probably won't ever use jewsons fullstop.
I ordered fence panels online, completing the order was frustrating owing to a technical problem !nBut once completed Jewsons were brilliant ! As part of the problem my order was designated as collect, but I wanted delivery. The branch was closed , so phoned next day to rearrange delivery, this was done with no problem. My order was delivered next day . Brilliant.nAs an aside the fence panels were mad by Grange, approximately £4 dearer than those sold by most diy stores, but the difference in quality is like chalk and cheese !nWell done to Jewsons and staff for their help and stocking quality materials !
Easy to park, easy accessable premises, good stock range, and what they haven't got they can order, helpful friendly staff, prices aren't competitive enough for me otherwise I would use them more often
Shez greeted me in the yard and 3 located the sandstone I was after right away. Top man he knows his stuff.
