I can't fault the service provided by the people I spoke to directly but I was let down by the quality of the part I bought. I needed a replacement driver-side wing mirror for my little Fiesta. After getting it home and fitting it, I noticed the plastic noches that secure the adjustment knob to the mirror were damaged so it doesn't stay attached and keeps falling off when adjusted. An inspection of the part before selling it would have made the damage obvious. You could say I should have seen it too, but I wasn't expecting it to be sold damaged either. Whilst the part is still somewhat suitable, I wouldn't trust any other parts in the event they are also sold damaged.Service: Part finding & extracting
I have a transit tipper which I use everyday for work and these guys look after me constantly. Clutch had gone on it and they managed to squeeze me in and get it sorted next day. Fantastic.

Loads of quality used parts available to buy on the shelf and always happy to help, have had to use these a few times over the years and also reccomended them to others and honestly can't fault them.
Amazing service. Needed a part for a fiesta, main dealer wanted £270 but part was on back order. A used part was the only option. The owner went out of his way during his lunch break to fix me up with with an almost new part for only £40. Top class, Hats off to them.Service: Part finding & extracting
Very good and very helpful
Only tried ford parts twice never had the parts i required. once for a ecu that i was told that to find one would be really hard which it didn't turn out to be? the other for a simple bonnet catch that they didn't have in stock for my Ford mondeo i Had to go elsewhere and both parts were found elsewhere quite easily. So in future I'll be going elsewhere. The staff were friendly enough though no problem on that side. Maybe i rang up at the wrong time and to be fair this coronavirus problem could have knock on effect who knows
As always, friendly helpful and and accommodating always ready to help where they can.
