Went for a carpet for a tiny bedroom. Got showed multiple different options. I settled on one but the salesperson showed me a similar carpet for half the price. Fitted in 1 week and more than half the price of a different national chain. Will be going again if needed! Great overall experience.
Ordered vinyl for kitchen Wednesday afternoon, it was fitted by the Friday of same week! Excellent choice and very competitive prices. Could not fault anyone that we dealt with, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in the shop and fitters very friendly, prompt and tidy who also went beyond their remit and refitted the kitchen worktop support. We are very pleased with the new carpets fitted in several rooms after a flood. From the first dealings getting the carpets measured, to the fantastic choice and advise on the best carpets for us. The fitters did a first class job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

5 stars are not enough for Jenkins! Over the years we have had our whole house fitted with carpets, hard floors and vinyl and only ever used Jenkins Carpets. Always great value and always brilliant service, not only in store but also from their team of fast, efficient friendly fitters and their incredible after sales service. We had a nasty spillage which damaged a newly fitted carpet. Great advice and follow up! Well done and thank you team Jenkins!

Recently got the carpets in my whole flat done and I am over the moon. The service right from the start was great, communication perfect and the quality of the carpet I picked is very good. The fitters, Nick and Nigel sorry if I got these names wrong!! , were very friendly and professional and you could tell they were perfectionists. Thanks for everything. Would definitely recommend!
